I want to honor everyone’s preferences and price points, so below are some examples and options for you to browse and think through! The bottom includes examples of different prices depending on which decisions you make for your quilt.

All quilt prices will be evaluated at the time of inquiry based on fabric, quilting & time needs. The following are just examples of potential pricing.

Timelines for custom quilts are about 4 months, but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Each custom quilt will be paid for in 2 parts, approx 50% of the full price to be paid at the beginning to reserve your quilt project and pay for materials. Remaining approx 50% to be paid at the end of the project, with an itemized invoice of the final price of materials, longarming, shipping, and labor. Price subject to slight adjustments if estimate ends up being lower or higher than final pricing of materials and labor.

Quilt Top

Option 1) Regular Walmart/Michael’s/Hobby Lobby discount fabric with loose color scheme

• Baby = ~$70

• Throw = ~100

• Twin = ~$130

• Queen = ~$160

• King = ~200

Option 2) Designer high-quality quilting fabric (you choose online fabrics and have many choices, or give me color/theme and I search for appropriate fabrics for you, with you getting final say before fabric is ordered)

• Baby = ~$140

• Throw = ~$175

• Twin = ~$200

• Queen = ~$240

• King = ~$285

Pattern - you can look through my library of patterns, or pick your own from anywhere online (you must purchase pattern if it is not one I have in my library ~$14). No EPP/FPP patterns accepted, traditional quilting patterns only.

My labor is priced at $10/hr. Labor estimates (dependent on difficulty/intricacy of pattern chosen):

• Baby = 10 hours

• Throw = 18 hours

• Twin = 24 hours

• Queen = 30 hours

• King = 38 hours

Longarm quilting

I have a preferred longarmer I use who does wonderful work. Olie & Evie in Idaho chooses 5 pantograph patterns per month to price at .0125 cents per square inch, this is a great rate. Picking a pantograph outside of these 5 discounted designs will cost ~.02 cents per square inch.

Option 1) Pick one of the five monthly discounted pantograph designs, priced at .0125 cents per square inch.

• Baby (example size 45” x 45”) = $25

• Throw (example size 70” x 70”) = $61

• Twin (example size 70” x 90”) = $78

• Queen (example size 90” x 100”) = $112

• King (example size 108” x 108”) = $145

Option 2) Pick any pantograph design from Olie & Evie’s library, priced at ~.02 cents per square inch.

• Baby (example size 45” x 45”) = $40

• Throw (example size 70” x 70”) = $98

• Twin (example size 70” x 90”) = $126

• Queen (example size 90” x 100”) = $180

• King (example size 108” x 108”) = $233

A flat shipping rate of $35 will be applied to all US orders. International shipping rates will be applied on a case-by-case basis.

Total price = Quilt top materials + labor + longarm quilting price + $35 flat shipping rate.
